We're roasting...
We, Isa and Kö from purpur Kaffeerösterei, roast our coffee in Göttingen-Grone at the ROS-Co Roasting Space, working alongside Sandbox Coffee Roasters on a Stronghold S7 and SX8.
We then transport the coffee by bike to the purpur Café or to other cafés. We always ship the coffee fresh, which for us means no more than 4 weeks from the roast date. We ship every Wednesday and can reliably process orders received by 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

Our passion for specialty coffee—with its exciting, diverse flavors, subtle nuances, and complexity, as well as the smoothness of light roasts—seamlessly led us from being coffee enthusiasts to the idea of becoming roasters ourselves. We roast our coffee light and source green beans from various coffee-growing countries.
