The Shantawene originates from the renowned Sidama coffee-growing region in southern Ethiopia and is grown at altitudes of between 1,920 and 2,020 metres. The sun-dried, natural processing method gives it an expressive and multi-layered character. In the cup, fruity notes of blackberry and plum unfold, accompanied by an elegant floral nuance of lily. An exceptional coffee that reflects the aromatic diversity and unique origin of Ethiopian coffees.
