We're roasting...
We, Isa and Kö from purpur Kaffeerösterei, roast our coffee in Göttingen-Grone at the ROS-Co Roasting Space, working alongside Sandbox Coffee Roasters on a Stronghold S7 and SX8.
We then transport the coffee by bike to the purpur Café or to other cafés. We always ship the coffee fresh, which for us means no more than 4 weeks from the roast date. We ship every Wednesday and can reliably process orders received by 10 a.m. on Tuesday.
