Ruli

Ruli is a Red Bourbon from Rwanda, processed naturally. At an altitude of 1880-2002m above sea level, the coffee is grown by 230 smallholder farms, hand-picked, and brought to the Musasa Ruli washing station of the Musasa Dukunde Kawa cooperative. Here, the coffee cherries are sorted and fermented and dried for 45 days on raised beds until they reach a target moisture content of 11%.

The result is a super aromatic coffee with a lot of sweetness and flavors that remind us of sea buckthorn, amarena cherry, and dark chocolate.
