The coffee comes from the São José do Rio Pardo region in Brazil and was grown at an altitude of 900 to 1000 meters on 40 farms in the area. This dry-processed (natural) coffee was fermented for 12 days and dried for 10 hours. The coffee has a typical Brazilian aroma with low acidity and chocolatey and fruity notes.
