Villa Flor

A special Pink Bourbon from the Tolima region of Colombia, roasted particularly light. This single-origin coffee is carefully cultivated on Maria José Arango's Finca Villa Flor at an altitude of 1700-1900 meters. The coffee cherries are dry-oxidized in tanks for 48 hours, then pulped, followed by another 48 hours of fermentation (yellow honey), and finally dried. We taste abundant raspberry and orange, enveloped by a deep sweetness and balanced by a delicate floral note.
